Painting the town teal - a campaign aimed at increasing awareness of free kit replacements for old or worn kit. Getting fresh, high quality kit into the hands of riders with as little friction as possible.

It involved:

  • A complete redesign of the kit replacement flow's content and design

  • Finding the key pain points in the flow through conversion data 

  • Creating a product marketing plan to improve uptake

  • Localising for 13 markets 🇫🇷🇩🇪🇭🇰
